RESVERATROL SIDE EFFECTS
As long as suggested serving sizes are adhered to, this supplement is considered safe. However, there have been rare reports of negative side effects. These include stomach pains, nausea, diarrhea, loss of appetite and general numbness in the limbs. Such symptoms usually occur only in the less refined version of Resveratrol, which contains Emodin, a natural laxative.
Women who are pregnant or nursing are cautioned from taking this supplement as well as anyone that may have a serious condition that they have been diagnosed with. If you have been diagnosed with Hepatitis C or are taking any type of medication used to combat viral infection, you should not use this supplement. Always speak with a doctor before taking this supplement for the first time. There are certain medications that Resveratrol may negatively interact with.
TIPS
Resveratrol is only somewhat dissolvable in water, but combining the water with ethanol can increase solubility. Resveratrol has no flavor to it and should be taken with a meal for best absorption results. If this meal is fatty, the chances of it being absorbed are substantially higher.
